This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legally binding agreement between you, the Licensee (an individual customer or entity), and Snotgroup, the company and author of Snotchat, the Software. This agreement includes associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation. By accessing or using this Software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not download, install, or use the Software.

 

Definitions

"EULA" refers to this End-User License Agreement, including any amendments.

"Licensee" refers to the individual or entity that downloads and uses the Software.

"Licensor" refers to Snotgroup, located at 304 S. Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV, 89107, United States.

"Software/Licensed Product" refers to Snotchat, the Licensed Product provided under this EULA.

Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this EULA, Snotgroup grants the Licensee a royalty-free, revocable, limited, non-exclusive license to possess and use a copy of the Software during the term of this EULA. The Software is distributed by Snotgroup, and the Licensee may not charge for its distribution.

Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Licensed Product are owned by the Licensors. This EULA does not grant you any rights to use any intellectual property contained in the Licensed Product. The Software is protected by applicable copyright laws and international treaties.

Description of Rights and Limitations

Installation and Use: The Licensee may install and use the Software on multiple computers and make backup copies, solely for personal or business use.

Reproduction and Distribution: The Licensee may not duplicate or redistribute copies of the Software without the Licensor's express written permission.

Licensee Limitations

The Licensee may not:

Use the Licensed Product for any purpose other than personal and non-commercial purposes.

Use the Licensed Product for any illegal or unlawful purpose.

Gather factual content from the Licensed Product by automated means.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except as permitted by law.

Update and Maintenance

Snotgroup will provide updates and maintenance on a biannual or as-needed basis.

Support

Snotgroup has no obligation to provide Software support or continue updating the Software.

General Provisions

Termination: This EULA may be terminated automatically if the Licensee fails to comply with any terms, by Snotgroup, or by the Licensee upon written notice. Upon termination, all licenses will immediately terminate.

Non-Transferability: The Licensee may permanently transfer all rights under this Agreement if the recipient agrees to its terms. The EULA is not otherwise transferable without Snotgroup's written consent.

Notice: Any required notice must be delivered by recorded delivery to the parties' respective addresses.

Integration: This EULA constitutes the entire understanding between Snotgroup and the Licensee, superseding all prior agreements.

Severability: If any provision of this EULA is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Warranty and Disclaimer

Snotgroup expressly disclaims any warranty for Snotchat. The Software is provided "as-is," without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limited Liability

Snotgroup shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Software. In no event shall Snotgroup's liability exceed the amount paid by the Licensee for the Software.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Snotgroup harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Software.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Snotgroup and the Licensee, superseding all prior agreements.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the USA, and any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the USA. The prevailing party in any action to enforce this EULA shall be entitled to recover costs and expenses, including legal fees.
